Please note the following: 

1. All courses are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Space is limited. 
2. This form is for registration only. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Each vendor will send you a link for payment separately. 
3. A form must be filled out for each child. Please make sure you select the right grade span for your child. 
4. The deadline to register is September 1, 2024.
