After School Start-Up Hub

Welcome to the OLAM Enrichment Center by Hebrew Public! Our new afterschool program offers exciting opportunities for students to experience new activities. We hope that each student will find something they are passionate about and that will spark curiosity beyond the regular school hours.

Space is limited. Please note that each program’s schedule and cost structure vary. Please review carefully and contact olamenrichment@hebrewpublic.org with questions. After you register, you will be asked for payment directly by your chosen program’s vendor.

YouCan Center After-School Program

Monday–Friday

Homework help, reading, writing, math support, enrichment activities, snacks, and a safe supervised environment for students in Pre-K–8.

YouCan Center STEM Class

Friday

1:15–3:15 PM

A hands-on STEM enrichment class designed to build students’ science, technology, engineering, and problem-solving skills.

YouCan Center Dance Class

Tuesday

3:30–5:15 PM

Ballet and contemporary dance instruction that gives students an opportunity to develop movement, coordination, and creative expression.

Metro Brooklyn Soccer Club

Wednesday & Friday

Wed: 3:30–5:00 PM; Fri: 1:30–3:00 PM

Soccer training combined with Hebrew sports vocabulary, athletic activities, and games led by qualified coaches.

Royal Flex After-School Program

Students ages 6–13 can participate in dance, gymnastics, or parkour, with activities focused on movement, strength, coordination, confidence, and creativity.

After-School Chess Program

Thursday

A chess enrichment program for students in grades K–7, open to current and former HLA students as well as students from the wider community.
