Three days jam-packed with leadership activities, sessions, trips, and entertainment. Connect with inspiring leaders, forge friendships with peers from Hebrew Public schools nationwide, and make memories to last a lifetime.

Day 1: A Journey Through History

The journey through Washington, D.C., begins with a visit to the iconic Washington Monument. Students explore the powerful exhibits of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, followed by a breathtaking night tour of the city’s most famous monuments.

Day 2: Life, Liberty & The Pursuit of Happiness

Students start the day with an exciting scavenger hunt along the National Mall. They will then immerse themselves in the powerful stories and exhibits at the National Museum of African American History, followed by a visit to Ford’s Theatre.

Day 3: Building Your Legacy

On the final day, we take a peaceful stroll through the lush landscapes of the Botanical Garden and explore the historic Capitol Grounds, followed by a guided tour of the U.S. Supreme Court, where students will gain insights from an expert docent. The experience culminates with a special D.C. Leaders Picnic Mixer, where students will reflect on their inspiring journey through the nation’s capital.

Thank you so much for giving Nathaniel the opportunity to join Hebrew Public on the Washington D.C. trip! He had an incredible experience and came home full of excitement. We truly appreciate the care and planning that went into making this such a meaningful and memorable adventure. I have three younger children at Hatikvah and if there is any way I can help bring Hebrew Public’s programming to Hatikvah please reach out!

My child had an excellent time on the trip. She has talked about missing it every day since she’s been back! So a big thank you to all the organisers and staff for keeping the kids safe and making it so memorable!
