Nichel Bryant is an experienced systems leader with over a decade of experience in schools and more than five years of leading school networks and programming. She began her career as a special education teacher in Brooklyn, NY, before advancing into leadership roles such as Dean of Student Services and Assistant Principal in schools across New York and Philadelphia. Before joining Hebrew Public, Nichel served as the Senior Director of Student Support at a diverse EL Education charter school network in Washington, D.C., where she led school programs for a broad community of students and families.

Nichel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Brooklyn College. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Drexel University’s Ed.D. program with a focus on Human Resource Development. Nichel is passionate about leadership development and firmly believes in the power of cultivating strong leaders to enhance school programming and improve student outcomes.
