Senior Director of Student Support
Natalie brings over a decade of dedicated experience in developing, implementing, and managing programs that support Special Education students and Multilingual Learners. She began her journey as a Special Education teacher, later transitioning to a School Psychologist, where she leveraged her Clinical Psychology background to enhance student outcomes. As the Senior Director of Special Education Services at Hebrew Public, and previously as the Coordinator of Student Support Services for a charter school in New Jersey, Natalie oversaw both Special Education and Multilingual Learner programs, driving initiatives that empowered students to thrive. Her greatest fulfillment comes from ensuring that the most vulnerable populations receive high-quality, transformative educational experiences that set them up for lifelong success.
