Michelle has worked with HLA since the school’s inception in 2009. She served as the Director of Operations at HLA since 2012. In her role, she oversees all daily operations of the schools including recruitment and enrollment, budget, purchases, and safety regulations. She also manages all the schools’ data systems and completes required reports to ensure the schools are in compliance with all safety regulations. She has a wealth of experience in office management and accounting and graduated from the University of Phoenix with an associate’s degree in childhood education. Michelle loves to cook and bake with her two daughters!
