In her role at Hebrew Public, Kay supports the development and creation of affiliate schools around the country. Prior to joining Hebrew Public, Kay was a math teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools. Kay holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree in elementary education from Touro College.
