Gerard is entering his second school year at HLA. Gerard is the Director of Operation with over ten years of experience in the field. He got his start in the South Bronx, where he developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and collaborative environments. Gerard is dedicated to engaging with families within the community to implement solutions that benefit everyone involved. Outside of work, he loves to go on vacations with his family, enjoys sports and music, and has a keen interest in technology and fashion. His expertise and leadership continue to drive successful outcomes in community-focused settings.
