Elyse Castellano is a strategic and dynamic leader with deep expertise in operations management, financial oversight, and capacity building. She specializes in scaling operations, optimizing financial strategies, and cultivating a team culture focused on continuous improvement.   As Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Elyse builds and oversees the budget, develops robust operational infrastructures, and leads new school development to ensure students in New York and Pennsylvania receive high-quality education.

Before joining Hebrew Public, Elyse was the Business Operations Manager at Success Academy Charter Schools, where she played a critical role in expanding the network from 7 to 35 schools. She holds an MBA in strategic marketing and finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. Elyse is passionate about creating efficient, mission-driven systems that empower students and staff to thrive.
