Chelsea joined Hebrew Public in 2021 and has enjoyed creating strong systems and policies for schools since. Chelsea is an experienced coach and operational leader with over a decade of experience. Prior to joining Hebrew Public she served as an executive coach supporting Mastery Charter schools in Philadelphia. She also served as a Regional Director of Operations for both Achievement First and Success Academy Charter Schools where she oversaw the development, human resources, strategic planning, and risk management for over 30 schools in both New York and Connecticut. She’s truly passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments for kids to grow. In her free time you can find her dabbling in the arts, exploring nature and spending time with her family.
