Jennice began her journey in education in 2008 at Harmony Public Schools in Houston, Texas. Over the next fifteen years, she took on various teaching and leadership roles, including Teacher, Dean, Principal, and now Talent Leader. Currently, as the Chief Talent Officer at Hebrew Public, Jennice leads the organization’s human capital efforts, focusing on the recruitment and retention of high-quality talent while creating opportunities for growth. She is responsible for developing and implementing a transformational talent strategy that enhances and improves existing processes and systems. Jennice is excited to contribute to the mission of Hebrew Public and support its diverse community.
