Prior to Hebrew Public, Madison served as the Director of Operations at Philadelphia Hebrew Public. Before joining the PHP team, Madison served as Senior Director of Operations at Mastery Schools, launching the organization’s first two schools in Camden, NJ, and supporting strong operations at 24 schools across the Philadelphia Region. Prior to her work in schools, Madison served as the Programming Coordinator for LitWorld, a global literacy advocacy organization. Madison earned her BA at New York University and MEd from The Broad Center. In her role Madison supports network schools with operations and strategic initiatives to drive student outcomes.
