Every year, Hebrew Public will offer our graduating 8th graders an opportunity to travel to Israel for a Capstone trip – a trip that solidifies their nine years of Hebrew and Israel studies in Hebrew charter schools.
For most Hebrew Public students, the trip is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Many have never had a chance to explore other countries and are traveling by airplane for the first time. They will be in Israel for nine days, experiencing the country and meeting their peers – experiences that we hope will last a lifetime and will deepen their understanding of Israel and respect for different cultures.
We are seeking funding towards the Capstone Israel Trip Scholarship Fund. This funding will support scholarships of $3,000 per student to give them the gift of experiencing Israel. Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference — our goal is to give the gift of an experience in Israel to EVERY Hebrew Public graduating 8th grader.
