Alana earned a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania and began her career in education as a high school math teacher through Teach for America in Philadelphia. After teaching for three years, she transitioned into a charter network operations role and later served as the director of data and technology for a charter school in Philadelphia. In her spare time, she loves to visit the local Philadelphia performing arts scene and spend quality time with the people she loves most.
